Chapter 2.4 - The Fuuuuuture!

I'm back with another update! We start off just where we left off with Clancy and Asia just woohooing and getting some food. Asia brings up the dreaded question we've been waiting for.
 
Asia: How come I didn't get a huge wedding?
Clancy: You didn't wish for it.
Asia: But, I wanted one.
Clancy: Wish for it, its the only way to get things around here.

 He made it up to her by woohooing with her again before he passed out.

 Athene: What is this crap in my kitchen?!
"Asia wished for a high chair."
Athene: Why, so they can leave Nekoda in it till he screams bloody murder?
"Pretty much."

 Asia wished to slip and slide.

 Athene works on her writing, she has two wishes still with this so she'll be pretty boring for a bit.

Asia starts working on her opportunity. She needs to bring any dish down to the Blooming Cactus Bistro for a competition or something like that. She decided on PB&J, its a classic. She even fancified it with a plastic knife!

 Asia: Hello me! You are looking mighty hot in that bathing suit.

She then heads down to enter her PB into the contest.

Zhivka and Antonio must have gotten the same opportunity, either that or they are the taste testers.

She didn't win first place, but surprisingly she did win second. Huh, guess PB&J's are still popular.

Frickity frack! Athene was stressed so I clicked her stress moodlet, you know because that is all the help I can give if it doesn't include a wish. And now we're going to the future. The Futuuuuuure! Well lets hope this works. I did save before she even can get in the time machine so that if we bork I can go back and not loose anything.

Bwahahahaaha! Well, guess that wasn't a smooth ride.

Okay sorry, back to what she was doing. To the future! Oh, now why didn't she want to go to the past, I've never been there yet!

She is so graceful! I love it!

Athene had no wishes for anything in the future when she got there, so I had to just let her do what she wanted. She first decided to try and do a trick shot on the pool table. She's never played pool before, how she thought she could perform a trick  shot is beyond me.

Finally a couple wishes. First, consume plasma juice.

"You know, you could of done that at home."
Athene: It is not Synthesized.
"Does it taste different?"
Athene: No.

 Time machine lagged, Athene heads to bed after dinner. She had good dreams and bad dreams, poor girl couldn't make up her mind.

She wakes up the next morning very early with wishes to visit the wasteland.

Even in the future she can't use the elevator. It really isn't that hard!

I've never stayed in the future for very long, nor have I ever visited the wastelands. So this will be interesting.

She gets to the wastelands and makes no more wishes. Letting her take the wheel again she decides to catch some nanites.

 She then tries to catch one of those things Clancy made, but it got away.

She decided she wanted to browse the web next and and shoved her finger in her eye. 

Starting to burn, she headed back to the city.

"Why are you sniffing the sponge?"
Athene: To see if it is clean.
"That's nasty!"

 She only had writing wishes left so I took that as time to go home. As soon as she is home she gets right on it.

 We find Hilda playing with Nekoda as Clancy and Sparks stand over and watch.

"You just going to keep grabbing the moldy shit out of the fridge till you find one that you can eat?"
Clancy: One is bound to be good right?
"Remember what happened last time you ate something you weren't suppose to. That's all I'm saying."

 Hilda: Mr. Clancy, what would you do if I didn't take care of you.
Clancy: *barf* I only had a bite!

While Clancy was home eating rotten waffles, Asia was at the bistro enjoying a professional cooked meal. They got it wrong though and she sent it back. This pleased the chef apparently. Jeez, wish I'd get treated like this when they messed up my food, which is all the time. They probably spit in it though knowing my luck. They needed the money too, they were down to $421!

 Hilda: Mr. Clancy, don't cut yourself.
Clancy: Hilda, don't you have something to clean?

Finally Athene takes care of her two wishes! Now she just has a bunch of futuristic ones we can't afford, like buy this and buy that. Plus another one for writing a novel she just rolled.

 Clancy: Hilda move, you're in my ectoplasm!

Well that's a new one!

Asia wanted to learn a new recipe so more Goopy Carbonaro was made.

Surinder's son Drew, grew into a toddler.

This is where I quit for the day over a month ago! So this is all I have for now. I'll be playing this family again soon though.
